High-quality and fast construction of mechanized supporting shaft of vertical shaft

Speeding up the construction speed of vertical shaft is the key to shorten the construction period of mine. With the increase of development depth, the drilling conditions are becoming more and more complex, and the proportion of vertical shaft in the total construction period of the mine also increases accordingly.
Shaft shaft engineering is the key project in the construction of the mine shaft in the mine construction although only accounted for 3 of the project. 5% ~ 5%, while the construction period accounts for 35% ~ 40% of the total construction period. Therefore, speeding up the shaft construction speed is the key to shorten the construction period of the mine. With the increase of development depth, the excavation conditions are becoming more and more complex, and the proportion of vertical shaft in the total construction period of the mine also increases accordingly. Therefore, the vertical shaft mixing operation is sinking.
It is of great significance to speed up the construction of the mine. China Coal Construction Group Corporation and Beijing Construction Well Research Institute of Coal Science Research Institute and other units jointly carried out the research, improvement and promotion of vertical shaft rapid construction technology. In practice, we will continue to develop new technologies and new processes, increase the high-tech content of equipment, and use modern means to manage construction, so that the technical level and construction speed of vertical shaft construction will reach a new level.
Application of mechanized equipment and devices
1. Large Sinking Derrick
The construction of vertical air shaft drilling in the expanded area of the coal mine adopts the Ⅳ G modified drilling derrick and steel pipe structure. In order to meet the requirements of parachute drilling suspension, the Ⅳ G derrick was modified, that is, the original 4 legs were raised by 215m, and the total height of the raised derrick was 30127m. The sheave platform is set at 25197m and the gangue platform is set at 1016m. Two sets of independent seat hook type automatic gangue turning device and two sets of independent gangue turning signal device are arranged on the gangue turning platform. The dustpan bucket type gangue turning chute directly lands the gangue, which is loaded into the dump truck by the loader and transported to the gangue discharge yard. The chute is driven by an electric winch, which is flexible and fast, and the gangue is discharged quickly. The 10m long parachute drill suspension steel beam (No. 36 I-beam) is located under the main gangue lifting platform, and the parachute drill is moved by 10t manual sports car.
2. Hoist signal locking, backup protection and safety circuit fault display device The main and auxiliary hoists are equipped with GQXH - 2 signal locking device, GQTS n 2 computer backup protection device and self-developed safety circuit locking contact fault display device. The signal locking device has the functions of voice prompt, open wire special signal, memory, omni-directional locking, deceleration loop control, signal display, etc. The computer backup protection device can display the current lifting depth, speed and hook opening times. It has the functions of upper and lower limit safety protection, overspeed and speed limit protection, automatic deceleration protection at upper and lower deceleration points, 2 m/s proximity wellhead control protection and depth failure protection. The safety circuit locking contact fault display device can directly display the fault point, and can quickly short-circuit the fault point within 1s, and immediately resume normal operation. The application of these advanced devices not only plays a role in ensuring the safety of construction, but also accelerates the construction speed and improves the construction efficiency.

Stabilized vehicles are distributed in the east, west, south and north areas of the shaft, and their control cabinets, controllers and resistance boxes are arranged on one side of their respective stabilized vehicle areas. Two stable vehicles shall be used for suspension of the suspension plate, which shall be operated manually. The main and auxiliary lifting and stabilizing rope suspension adopts 4 stabilizing vehicles, which are arranged in the north and south stabilizing areas, and the synchronous operation centralized control device is applied. The overall downward-moving metal formwork suspension adopts 3 stable vehicles, and is equipped with a full-automatic five-stage acceleration hydraulic formwork centralized control device (self-designed and installed) and an emergency stop device. The application of the centralized control device realizes the centralized control of the template stable car; at the same time, it also allows the stable car to run monotonically and synchronously, and the oil pump is locked with the positive and negative electric and the oil pump rises. The emergency stop device can ensure safe production.
In the east of the shaft, there is an automatic concrete centralized mixing station, and a J S n 1000 mixer and a PLD n 1600 automatic batching machine are installed. Sand, gravel, cement and admixture are all measured by electronic scales, with high batching accuracy, convenient operation and reliable use.
