The operator must carefully study the operating instructions of the tunnel drilling rig and master the performance and operation methods of the drilling rig. Check whether all parts of the drilling rig are complete, whether the fasteners are loose, and whether various operating mechanisms are flexible.

Preparation before 1. drilling

1. Before going into the well, according to the work arrangement, preparation, inspection, bring enough tools and materials required by the class.

2. The following issues should be noted when shipping the rig:

1) Check the drilling rig before shipment. All parts of the drilling rig shall be complete, the motor must be explosion-proof, the voltage shall be consistent with the power supply, the cable shall be free of leakage, and the drill pipe and drilling tool shall be free of damage.

2) After the rig is loaded, it shall be tied firmly. When transporting in a flat lane, listen to the command of the hook personnel from the upper and lower yards.

3) When shipping parts that are not allowed to enter dirt, they should be blocked.

3. The preparation work before installing the drilling rig is as follows:

1) Before entering the installation site, the roadway support and ventilation should be checked first, and the problems found should be handled in time. During the renovation and reinforcement of the drilling field, the dirty and foreign matters shall be cleaned up, the clean water pool shall be well dug, and the ditch shall be well dredged.

2) Local ventilator or air duct must be installed in the wind-free place. No wind is allowed to stop during drilling, and reliable wind power locking device must be provided.

3) The water pressure, machine parts and power switch shall be in good condition and meet the requirements.

4. The following issues should be paid attention to when installing the drilling rig:

5. The area of the drilling field must be larger than the drilling rig seat, and there should be enough safety clearance around it. When the drilling rig is installed in the transportation roadway, it is necessary to ensure that the transportation is not affected.

6. There shall be no floating coal at the location where the drilling rig is installed, and the bottom plate shall be flat. The ground beam wood shall lie smoothly into the bottom plate, and the four corners shall be marked with upright posts and inclined columns and strong to face the mountain. The upper end of the lead screw shall be fixed at the top of the roadway or the solid position of the drilling field to prevent shaking and falling down during construction.

7. After the fuselage is placed stably, the bottom fixing screws should be tightened, and the protective fence and protective cover should be installed on each mechanical rotating part.

8. The construction personnel shall be neatly dressed, with cuffs fastened, and wear dust masks and glasses, but gloves are strictly prohibited.

 

Basic operation method of 2. main drilling rig

1. Preparation before operation

1) The rig should be firmly installed, the oil level in the gearbox and oil tank should be appropriate, and the safety cover and dust cover must be complete.

2) Each part of the operating handle should be in the correct position.

3) When debugging the drilling rig, it is required that each rotating part should operate normally and the switch should be started flexibly and reliably. Rig no-load operation for 10 minutes. After confirming that there is no problem, the drill pipe and drill bit can be connected, the water source can be connected, and the driver can operate to start drilling.

2. Basic operation method

1) ZYG-150 type full hydraulic drilling rig

A. After the machine is installed and debugged downhole, it can be drilled. When installing the drill pipe and drill bit, move the power head to the rear end of the rack, open the gripper claw, insert the positioning pin, put the drill pipe into the front end and tighten the power head output shaft, make the power head rotate forward, push the feed oil cylinder forward slowly, when the front end of the drill pipe passes through the gripper, stop the machine and tighten the drill head in front of the gripper with the front end of the drill pipe. When the drill bit contacts the rock in the hole, stop the machine (if one drill pipe is not long enough, add drill pipe until the requirements are met. sB, open the water inlet valve of the cooler to connect the water braid, and fix the drilling hole position. After drilling into a certain depth and the drilling tool runs smoothly, open the water braid valve to supply water.

C, in the drilling process, constantly observe the working oil pressure, the throttle valve (fine adjustment) of the console can control the propulsion speed of the propulsion cylinder to adapt to the drilling of different lithologies. Note that it is not allowed to adjust the safety relief valve on the pump station and console at will.

D. When inserting and connecting the drill pipe, first stop the advancement, then stop the rotation. When stopping the advancement, pay attention to the square mouth of the drill pipe aligning with the gripper claw. Open the positioning pin of the gripper, insert the claw into the square opening of the drill pipe, and then operate the power head to reverse and slowly move back. When the power head is back to a drill pipe, move the water braid handle, compress the spring, put the connecting drill pipe and align it with the axis, loosen the water braid handle, open the gripper claw, start the motor to rotate forward and push, and then the drill pipe can be connected.

E. When the drill pipe is used, the cycloid motor keeps rotating forward, controls the propulsion oil cylinder to make the power head retreat, and stops when the square opening of the second drill pipe is aligned with the clamping plate. Take out the positioning pin of the gripper, the clamping plate clamps the drill pipe, and the power head reverses and moves back to loosen the threaded connection at one end of the drill pipe, while the other end needs to be manually removed with a pipe wrench.

F, in the drilling process, pay attention to observe the pressure gauge, the pressure shall not exceed 10.5Mpa.
